My order is past its expected date. What should I do?

Check the tracking page first; it shows the latest courier update. If it has not moved for 2 working days, contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier for you.

Tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Check with neighbours, your building’s security or reception, then contact us no later than 48 hours after the delivery update. We will raise it with the courier straight away.

Can I cancel my order?

Paid orders can be cancelled only until printing is complete. Contact support as soon as possible. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for charges and refund timelines.

Why is my order “on hold”?

Usually we need something from you, such as a clearer file or a confirmation. We will contact you. If you have not heard from us, please get in touch.

Under review

We check that your files will print correctly with the options you chose.

Printing

Your order is being printed and bound.

Step 4

Quality check

The finished order is checked before packing. If something is not right, we reprint it.

Step 5

Packed & shipped

Your parcel is handed to the courier and you receive the tracking details.

Step 6

Out for delivery & delivered

The courier is on the way, and the order is marked delivered once it reaches you.
