If something has gone wrong with an order, a payment, your personal data or anything else on Printster, we want to hear about it and put it right. This page explains how to raise a complaint and how quickly we will respond. It is published under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
