Printster offers a range of standard poster sizes including A4 (210 × 297 mm), A3 (297 × 420 mm), A2 (420 × 594 mm), and A1 (594 × 841 mm). Larger format options may also be available. Select your required size during order configuration and upload artwork at 150–300 dpi for the chosen dimensions.

Indoor posters are typically printed on 130–170 gsm coated silk or gloss paper, which renders photographs and graphics with excellent colour saturation. This paper is well-suited for retail, office, event, and educational display environments. It is not weatherproof and should be kept indoors.

Yes. Gloss lamination enhances colour vibrancy and protects against fingerprints and minor moisture. Matte lamination reduces glare and is preferred in gallery or reading environments. Laminated posters hold up significantly better in high-traffic or frequently-handled display situations.

Standard coated paper posters are designed for indoor use only. For outdoor display, consider Printster's Vinyl Printing product, which uses weather-resistant vinyl material suitable for outdoor hoardings, banners, and signage. Vinyl prints can withstand rain and UV exposure far better than paper.

For A3 and smaller posters, use 300 dpi at the final print size. For A2 and A1 posters, 150 dpi at full size is generally acceptable and still produces sharp results at normal viewing distances. Always embed all fonts and convert to CMYK if possible before exporting your print-ready PDF.
