Frequently Asked Questions
Graphic and art printing is optimised for high-fidelity reproduction of original artwork, illustrations, digital art, and photographic prints where colour accuracy and detail are paramount. It uses premium paper stocks and calibrated colour printing, making it suitable for artist prints, gallery proofs, and portfolio reproductions.
Printster uses coated premium paper stocks for art printing — typically 200–300 gsm silk or semi-gloss paper — that render a wide colour gamut and fine detail. For photographic art prints, high-quality photo paper may be available. Check the paper options during order configuration for current stock specifications.
Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution TIFF/PNG at 300 dpi at the final print size. Use the CMYK colour profile for most print work. If your artwork was designed in RGB (common for digital art), convert to CMYK before exporting and proof the colours, as some RGB colours shift when converted to CMYK.
Standard sizes (A4, A3, A2, A1) are available. Custom sizes for edition prints or artist proof dimensions may also be possible — contact Printster support with your specific requirements. For large-format art prints that exceed A1, the vinyl or wide-format print products may be more appropriate.
Yes. Printster supports small print runs, making it accessible for independent artists, illustrators, and photographers who want to produce and sell limited-edition prints. There is no requirement for a large minimum order. Per-print cost decreases at higher quantities, giving you flexibility to test demand with a small initial run.
